The weather in Ireland has been glorious over the last few weeks, and people are out and about, soaking up the sun while they can.
According to the Guardian and The New Humanitarian, African countries are to push for a massive new investment in African fossil fuels at the UN’s climate conference in November. They are expected to argue that Africa should be allowed to benefit from its oil and gas reserves at a time of record prices, as rich countries have done in the past.
