Newly Professed OLA Sisters Prepare for Mission

The newly professed OLA sisters gathered in Dovo in the Ivory Coast last week before being sent out on Mission.

The First Professions took place at the SMA House of Formation in Bodija, Ibadan, Nigeria, on 25th July 2019

As part of their cultural preparation each of the Sisters presented her country and culture and shared a symbol with the group, explaining what it represents and what it meant to her personally.

Ghanaian sisters, (from left to right) Marion, Philomena, Maureen and Joyce will be going to Egypt, Togo, Niger and Benin respectively.

I am sure you will join us in wishing these young women well on their Missionary journey.  May they walk faithfully with the grace of their vocation.

Our Lady of Apostles, Pray for Them.
